Our mission is to provide personalized care with innovative treatments to ensure you receive the best possible outcome. Our services are designed to restore balance, alleviate pain and support long-term health. Our philosophy is centered around the idea that the mind, body and spirit are interconnected, and holistic therapies like massage can help to balance all three. We also believe that massage is an integral part of a healthy lifestyle. It relieves stress and anxiety, increase blood and lymph flow, and most importantly, relieves pain.
Our work is based on a multi-modality approach. This means that we incorporate medical massage and all other therapies, tools and techniques within our scope of practice, into each treatment plan; all at one price, based on duration. Our main modality however is myofascial release. So, go ahead, book your appointment and describe your symptoms when you come in ...that's it.
On your first visit, an assessment is done before treatment is rendered. It starts the moment you walk through the door. We check for postural deviation and shortened muscles. We do a process of elimination early. This allows us to spend more time focusing on those target areas, while addressing your main concerns. We solve the problem by removing the cause...and the cause might not be obvious, or what you think it is.
Our multi-modality approach allows you to book your appointment by selecting the therapy duration only and we will do the rest when you arrive.
If this is your first appointment you will receive a medical intake form to complete when you arrive. This is to ensure that you have no contraindications (anything that would prevent you from getting a massage). You do have the right to refuse. However, we will check with you to confirm your status during assessment. See common health problems to the left. Note: If certain conditions are managed massage is indicated (you can get a massage).
